  • Robin Mayberry Robin Mayberry As co-owner of Dynamic Fitness Personal Training, I have enjoyed exercising all of my life. I am certified through the National Endurance Sports Training Association and also have a certification in Resist-a-ball stretching. I have been working as a personal trainer for the past eleven years. I have competed in several 5K races, kept a constant weight training program, and a workable eating schedule for myself. I believe we have to work together to achieve the goals set out for each individual. We work hard and have a great time in the process. Not everyone likes to workout but everyone needs to. I enjoy barrel racing, riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle, and studying Tae Kwon Do.
  • Sarah Caruth Sarah Caruth I competed in 4 full marathons, including Boston, and numerous half marathons and fun runs. I am a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Sociology. After many career changes over the years, I found my passion in personal training and have been with Dynamic Fitness for over 5 years. I enjoy helping others meet their fitness and wellness goals. I work with all ages and all fitness levels, from high school athletes to recovering stroke patients.
  • Suzy Pety Suzy Pety I am currently teaching children with emotional disturbance at Woodridge Elementary in the Alamo Heights ISD. I have been in the field of education for 25 years. All of my life I have always love the challenge of getting in shape and exercising. I have many wonderful memories of water skiing on a team when I was in high school. I am an avid runner and have done different 5k runs in the city. As a second career I started personal training about 1 year ago. I love sharing my experiences with taking care of myself physically, emotionally through the science of exercise.
  • James Donahoo James Donahoo My story began after high school when I was very unhappy with my weight and everyday life. In 2003 I got up to 190 pounds and definitely needed a change. I started running everyday and eating better. Before I knew it, I was down to 170 pounds. I loved the results so I kept going. From then on, I started weight lifting and trying to gain muscle back. Now, eight years later, this is were I stand: I am 140 pounds with approximately 7% body fat success at this point would have to be measured by how many clients I have helped change their lives. If they are not reaching their goals, my job is not being done to it's fullest.

  • LANA TORELL LANA TORELL I hold a degree in Recreation Administration and was a collegiate track athlete at the University of Alberta, Canada. I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since 1992. I hold a level II national track coach certification and became a personal trainer with American Council on Exercise in 1998. I have competed and won in body building competitions. I have been training clients in various settings from medical based facilities, large corporate gyms and small studios. I've worked with many different types of clients and enjoy the challenge of helping them meet their goals.
